about

Each track on CafeHEAVEN - THE INSTRUMENTALS has been thoughtfully reworked, adding new instruments and highlighting new aspects of each track.

Cold drip is a long brew process. The resulting beverage is served cold. When you do not have the heat or fire of hot water, you are forced to allow time to extract the coffee.

A significant amount of coffee is prepared and a slow, very slow, drip of around 1ml every 2 seconds passes over the bed of coffee for about 12 hours.

This brew is an intense, reflective and syrupy coffee that requires time to prepare, a long time to brew and time to reflect.

The cold drip is potent and likened to a liqueur. It is powerfully laden with caffeine and often strong flavours that have been mellowed down due to the softness of the water.

King David, the one God called "a man after my own heart", understood what it was to take time, to rest, reflect and to be refreshed.

You have bedded me down in lush meadows, you find me quiet pools to drink from. True to your word you let me catch my breath and send me in the right direction. Psalm 23:2-3 The Message
